Why we love this drink?

Loved for an exceptional, impeccably elegant and exquisite style, powerful and simultaneously balanced, layered and savoury flavour with lush fruity, tones of basil, kirsch, smoked meats, olives and white truffle, impressive depth, dense solid structure, stunning length and complexity, ultra-thin earthy tannins in perfect balance with spicy sourness and luxurious, incredibly long and a silky finish with tones of chocolate, ginger, herbs and cherries. In a gorgeous aroma, you can feel notes of juicy plum, blueberries, blackberries, black currant pastilles, black tea, meat, liquorice tone, cherry pie, truffles and oak, the nuances of jasmine, sage and cumin. History
"Every vintage from the ancient, single-vineyard Hill of Grace is a limited release, however some are more limited than others. There was no Hill of Grace made in 1960, 1974 and 2000. Just one barrel was produced in 2003, no vintage in 2011, and extremely tiny vintages for 2013 and 2014, 2019 and 2020. I can’t think of another single-vineyard wine that had its first vintage from centenarian vines and has continued to be made for another 58 years." Stephen Henschke
